What does Karen actually do for my business?

Karen is an AI assistant that handles the work that usually eats your day — answering calls, replying to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and email in seconds, booking appointments, following up with leads, and running your social media and email marketing. You don't manage her from a dashboard. You talk to her on Telegram (or she talks to your customers directly) and she reports back on what got done. Your dashboard's there if you want to see trends or proof.

How long does it take to set up Karen for my business?

Most businesses are live within 48–72 hours. Onboarding is a short intake conversation plus connecting your channels (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, your calendar, your inbox). Starter tier can be live same-day; Autopilot and Studio take a few extra days for content-voice training and automation rules.

What channels does Karen work on?

WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Instagram and Facebook post comments, Facebook Messenger, website chat widget, inbound and outbound voice calls (via Twilio + ElevenLabs), email, SMS, and Telegram. Your customers reach you on the channel they already use — Karen keeps up everywhere.

What's included in each pricing tier?

Web Starter ($50/mo) is the website + hosting + basic SEO. AI Messenger ($150/mo) adds WhatsApp, Instagram, voice support, and a multi-channel inbox. AI Autopilot ($250/mo, most popular) adds full automation, booking + follow-ups, content calendar, and lead nurturing. AI Studio ($500/mo) adds AI video generation, a voice agent, strategic advisory, and white-glove onboarding.

Can Karen work for my specific industry — clinic, restaurant, spa, retail?

Yes. Karen is already running production for a wellness clinic (Oshun), a restaurant (LOL Sweets & Snacks), multiple retail and service businesses, and medical clinics (Amadeo Medical, Meridian Labs). She's configured per-tenant — your brand voice, your services, your booking rules, your pricing. She's not a generic chatbot; she's trained on your specific operation.

What about data privacy and ownership?

Karen is sovereign — your conversations, customer profiles, and business data live on infrastructure we control, not rented from a big-tech AI platform. How do I cancel?

Email nexushub.ai@gmail.com or tell Karen directly on Telegram. No contracts, no hidden fees, no cancellation penalty — cancel anytime and we stop billing on the next cycle.

Do I have to log into a dashboard every day?

No. That's the point. Karen does the work — you see the results. You get daily or weekly briefings on Telegram with what she handled, what needs your attention, and what's next. Optional operator dashboards exist for power users, but they are viewing surfaces, not task-management tools.

Where is my data hosted?

Your tenant data lives on infrastructure we control directly, with encrypted-at-rest Postgres and per-tenant isolation. We do not rent the back-end from OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic — they are model vendors, not data custodians. Customer conversations and business knowledge are not used to train any third-party model.

How does the 10% revenue commission work?

On the AI Studio tier ($500/mo), a few clients also pay 10% on the new revenue Karen brings in — the bookings she sources, the orders she closes. In exchange they get the founder as a senior advisor on growth strategy, not just software access. Skin in the game on both sides. Not available on lower tiers and not pushed — we only offer it when we genuinely think Karen can move the revenue needle.

Can you migrate my existing customer data and conversations?

Yes. We migrate from common CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp), shared inboxes (Gmail labels, Outlook folders), and existing WhatsApp Business / Instagram conversations during onboarding. Karen's memory is seeded with your existing customers so she recognizes them on day one. Migration is included free on AI Autopilot and AI Studio onboarding.
