Do I need to sign up or pay to try the demo?
No. The demo is free and requires no payment, no contract, and no credit card. We ask for your name, email, and website URL so we can attribute the session and link the prefilled intake form to it. If you don't go ahead, we may send a few short follow-up emails over the next two weeks. Each one has a one-click unsubscribe.
How accurate is Karen on a brand-new business she has never seen before?
Karen extracts only what is publicly visible on the website. If your services and hours are listed clearly on the homepage or a services page, she will get them right. If they are hidden in PDFs, images, or social media only, she will honestly say she did not find them. The demo is designed to expose both what she can pick up and the gaps you would need to fill during real onboarding.
What happens to the data Karen scrapes during the demo?
The text Karen reads from your website is not stored, and the chat session lives in memory only. It is deleted automatically after 2 hours. We do keep what you type into the form (your name, email, business name and website) plus any social links Karen found, so we can follow up and prefill your intake form, and the team gets a notification when a demo starts. Per-IP rate limits (5 demos per 10 minutes) protect against abuse.
How long does the live demo take?
About 30 seconds for Karen to scrape and extract your profile, then unlimited live chat for the rest of the 2-hour session window. Most prospects spend 2 to 5 minutes asking the questions their own customers would ask, then move to the prefilled intake form.
