5. Data Retention

Chat conversations: 90 days, then automatically purged or consolidated into anonymized summaries.

Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default), then automatically deleted.

Contact information: Retained for the duration of the business relationship, plus 12 months after last interaction.
