1. Service Description

IrieVybz AI provides AI-powered business automation services including but not limited to: AI chat assistants, voice agents, automated marketing, appointment scheduling, customer relationship management, and content generation ("the Service"). The Service is provided by NexusHub International Inc.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Transmit harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the AI systems
Use automated scripts to scrape or overload our systems
Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where disclosure is required by law
Send spam or unsolicited messages through the platform

3. Subscription and Billing

Services are billed monthly. No long-term contracts are required. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Pricing tiers and included features are listed on our website and may be updated with 30 days notice.

4. Intellectual Property

The IrieVybz AI platform, including all software, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of NexusHub International Inc. Content generated by our AI on your behalf is owned by you, subject to the underlying AI model providers' terms of use. You retain full ownership of your business data, customer information, and uploaded content.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall NexusHub International Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

AI-generated responses, content, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication or distribution.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We maintain data sovereignty — your data is stored on our own infrastructure and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
